Pricing.

Although we try to make sure all prices are correct, we reserve the right to amend and remove any rice of any item on our website without notice. Prices are valid when the order is placed, however, there may be times where the incorrect price is advertised. In this instance, we are not obliged to supply goods at the advertised price. If this happens, we will contact any affected customer, and offer either a refund, goods to the value of the payment made, or the option to increase payment to the correct price for the original item ordered.

Product Images and Descriptions.

All product images are to be used as a guide only. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any image without notice.
Garments are manufactured by a third party for LARS Promotions Limited. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product will match the image shown exactly, colours or garments and prints, as well as the print size, and position is subject to alteration without notice. Any major change will be advertised.
Descriptions are there for a guide only. LARS Promotions do not guarantee that any information provided is 100% accurate. If you have any doubts or questions about the final product you will receive, please contact us through the contact form found here.
Sizing details are provided by our third-party manufacturer as a guide only. If you are unsure of what size you would require, please contact us.

Delivery and Cancellation of Orders.

We aim to have all orders processed and dispatched within 10 working days, however, this is not guaranteed. If you have not received your order 14 days after dispatch, we will investigate the issue once we are contacted. Please note that any order that exceeds this time will not be automatically investigated, and instead will be assumed to be delivered.
We offer a per-item delivery cost which is shown at the checkout stage, prior to payment. If you are unhappy with the delivery fee, please do not proceed with the order. No refund will be offered for postage costs, even if the item is returned.
Orders may be canceled or amended up to 24 hours after the order has been placed without repercussion. After this period, we cannot guarantee the order will not be dispatched, and if the order is unwanted, may need to be returned to us at your cost, and any other changes may not be applied.
If an item has arrived damaged, it is your responsibility to report the damage within 2 working days. After this period, action will only be taken at our discretion.
Acceptance of delivery: We will require you to take delivery of the goods ordered when tendered to you. If you fail to make alternative arrangements with the courier engaged to deliver the goods to you within 14 days after the first attempt to deliver goods to you has occurred, then we may, at our complete discretion, store and insure the goods ordered at your cost until delivery can take place or the goods can be returned at your cost to our custody. In either event, we reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to set off any of these costs or any consequential costs reasonably incurred by ourselves as a first charge against any monies we have received from you in respect of the order. Such recovery of costs would be without prejudice to our rights otherwise under these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund it at any time if we feel any of these terms and conditions have been broken, or if we suspect any type of fraud. You will be notified if this happens. We

Returns.

Outside of your statutory rights, returns are only available on items that arrive damaged, when reported as per above, incorrectly sent, or found to be faulty.
To organize a return, please first contact us to see if we can sort any issue another way. If not, we will ask you to return the garment to us. Any costs in returning the item to us will be refunded to you, upon request, providing the reason for return is a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item. If the item is simply unwanted, the cost of return postage may not be refunded. Any superior service used to return goods to us will be made at your own cost, unless expressly requested or agreed by LARS Promotions.
Any item returned to us must contain a copy of our refund form, obtainable by contacting us. Any return received not containing this may result in delayed or partial refund only.
If an item has been found to be damaged or soiled after delivery, a refund will not be offered, and the garment may be returned to you or destroyed.
It is your responsibility to make sure a return reaches us in good condition. Returns that are lost or damaged before they arrive with us may not be refunded, and it would be your responsibility to claim compensation from the courier used, not ourselves.

Payments and Refunds.

Payment is made through PayPal unless a coupon or Gift Voucher. You do not need a PayPal account to use these services. Payment can be made using your PayPal account or continuing as a guest.
Payments can only be taken through our website. Any other method of payment is not advised, this includes sending any payment details through any electronic medium.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or any other form of a postal order.
Any refund made will be made against the original form of tender, unless a second method is agreed upon by both parties.
All payment information is held and processed by PayPal. Once entered, we do not have access to your payment information or details.

Shipping.

All goods will be shipped using methods appropriate to the product.
Shipping costs are calculated to include cost of shipping plus packaging costs, so may be found to be slightly higher than the postage cost alone. These costs are kept to an absolute minimum.
Shipping rates are not negotiable, we will not send goods on another service unless the designated service is unavailable. In this instance, all services will be replaced with either greater or equal value.
