We blasted the New Year hangovers out of the window with this fantastic event. Another set of Amazing Original bands rocked the stages, keeping the new year vibe going for one more weekend. We all rocked out at the Rock Riot! Icarus Falls were due to play this event, but unfortunately were unable to attend.
The Acts
Icarus Falls are a 5 piece band, Icarus Falls are heavily influenced by the greats of Classic rock. These influences find their way into the music of Icarus Falls and bring back the feelings of the heigh of the classic rock era while still incorporating a more modern twist.
UK based Bluesy Rock band with a distinctly unique twist, Junkyard Sons formed in the Summer of 2013, now gigging full sets of All Original Blues Rock, Junkyard Sons are having fun playing the music that has inspired generations of acts from across the world.
Ark:Orion are a Rock/pop 5 piece band from West Sussex, founded in 2013. Together they have produced an original sound with "stadium-sized chorus'" and "swirling harmonies" (Anthem Reviews). Stuart Ongeley of SGO Music praise them as having "strong songs and an energetic live performance".
